What kind of markers can I use for scrapbooking?
I know there are special markers you can buy, but they are just too expensive. Is there a kind of marker that I can afford that will show up on a special paper for scrapbooking? Thanks in advance!

- I use mostly Sharpies...I especially like the metallic ones.
- I use the Creative Memories pens and markers (and not just because I'm a consultant) they are photo safe, permanent, and come in a variety of colors including metallics. Here is my website, you should take a look: http://www.mycmsite.com/sites/katieveliz/catalog-index?event=showmenu&eventId=138&productGroupId=602&categoryId=&categoryIdParm=%7C138%7C&pageTitle=Pens&relatedItem=N&qtyOrdered=&productId=&itemSku=&act=
- sakura is good, though they are a couple dollars each you just need one or two colors to start out, or just use black. they are acid free which is the point with the scrapbooking.
- just make sure what ever u choose is acid free. it will not harm photo. you can even print something on your computer
- There are a couple that are pretty affordable. Here are a few that are pretty affordable. Marvy -Le Plume ( Normally found at Michael's about 2.00 a piece ) Dual tipped Gelly Roll pens they have a great look and fill in well / some have glitter and some are metallic ( Normally found at Michale's,Hobby Lobby, and Joann's) about 1.00 each or 8.00 for a pack Galaxy Markers- they are great and also write /color in perfectly on dark paper. ( Found at same stores above) typically about 2.00 each and a pack is between 8-15. Souffle pens - They are puffy ink and fill in great, add nice texture and are 15.99 for a pack of 8 Glitter Gems Markers - 1.00 from the Dollar Tree ( Same makers as the Galaxy Markers) Sometimes you can find the Galaxy Markers at the Dollar Tree also.
