How do u get markers out of a wood table??

How do u get markers out of a wood table?? my sisters got a little carried away.

1. Try a little bit of rubbing alcohol. Use a cotton ball, or a paper towel! That is what I have used to get marker off of my laptop, walls, doors, tables... I have a busy 3 yr old!!!
2. You will have to sand the table with a sander. Then restain to the color or paint as you like.
3. Take an eraser, if that doesn't work then put carpet remover on it. wipe it off quickly.
4. I've used one of those mr. clean disolving spongues. It can take marker off walls. Why not tables?
5. If it's a glossy finish, scribble over the marks with a dry-erase marker and then rub off with dry cloth, you'll be amazed at how well this works. This is an easy remedy and should be tried before you try any chemicals as they can set the stain. The Mr. Clean magic eraser will definately dull your finish, use that only as a last resort.
