Can you use a highlighter pen without wearing any make up?

I dont wear any fondation or concealer and I have puffy bags. Can you use a highlighter pen(like the one from mary kays)? Will it look natural? If thats not a good brand can you recomend one for me? Thanks :)

1. Yes you can wear it without foundation or concealer. I have the highlighting pen from Mary Kay and have worn it both ways. Just make sure you blend it in well so that there are no noticable lines.
2. Yep it works great with or without foundation. I love putting it right below my eye brow because even without make up it makes my eyes pop.
