Highlighters

If I color my hair with highlighters it will wash right out, right?

Some girls at my school do it and say it washes out immediately in the shower. My hair is dirty blonde-blonde. Just normal highlighters.

1. Read the container before you use the product. If it says semi-permanent or permanent it will NOT wash out. I will fade; but you will be stuck with some colour until the hair grows out and gets cut off. Also, blonde hair tends to hold even non-permanent dyes, so do a strand test before using any product.
2. Highlighters? Yes. I have done it before. Nothing is permanent. If you are talking about actual hair dye, it could take a while to get out.
3. Yes i had this girl in my 7th grade class who would always color her hair with highligher in class. It took a day or two to wash all the way out!
