2. Okay, I forgot to add one of the highlighters. It's $6.38. How does half of $1.28 equal $1.14 gramps? Here's the math: One roll of tape: 1.28/2=0.64 Two note pads: 0.87/3=0.29 0.29*2=0.58 Two highlighters: 1.59*2=3.18 Two ink cartridges: 1.98 0.64+0.58+3.18+1.98=6.38 Sorry gramps, I assumed it was you thumbing down and I made an ass out of me. :P What's new?

You say you did too, though I didn't even notice it. Since you feel the need to call me directly on my error, I'll point out that you edited your answer to remove the comment about the prices being unrealistic and added the method and calculations to solve it. I didn't call you out or thumbsdown when I answered. I just tried to answer the question and give the asker the correct method to solve this.
