How do I remove highlighter pen from white glossy paint?
My darling daughter just took a pink highlighter and drew on my office cabinets that are painted in white glossy paint. Any ideas on how to remove it without ruining the paint? The cabinets are 15 years old and the paint has faded so the new paint will not match. I'll eventually repaint them - but just was trying to find an easy solution.

- Why not just use touch up paint (same color of your cabinets)? I always keep the remnants of my wall color for just that reason. If you don't have any, take a drawer if you can to Home Depot and have them color match.
- Magic Eraser from Mr Clean. That stuff will remove just about anything. Keep lots of it around especially if you have kids. Easy to use, quick and not messy.
- Use Methylated spirit, apply with soft cloth or rag rinse with warm water and a little dish soap, rinse , then dry. It also removes grass stains
- Amodex spot remover and a magic sponge. Good luck
- Magic Eraser or 100% rubbing alcohol usually works for me.
